This guys work is great. I need to look into getting some of these myolectric sensors. Maybe the artificial limbs factory on Vashon is a good place to research this stuff… I’ll keep you posted, in the meantime enjoy Daito Manabe!

I just updated podpress and am trying to get it to have an itunes feed. Here is a video post to test.
Source footage being played live from children’s video. I think it is obscured enough not to be breaking any copyright laws. All mixing was done live with max-msp and softVNS.
Code generated and pasted via youtube.
I used google to autogenerate the code for this.

Tonight I made a pact with my brother-in-law that I would do one performance a month for the next 6 months. We also agreed to exchange lessons and check-in time in order to more completely realize our goals. I being a technical coach, and him being a realization of goals coach.
I am thinking that maybe we could accomplish this thru a potential mutual goal
of creating a podcast together.
Attached is a random file to illustrate how easy it is.
So we “opened our doors” at this first thursdays artwalk. Not Fully but much more of a reality than our open doors of last. I don’t even know what time artwalk starts.
5:00 or 6:00? I think our doors “opened” at 7:15ish. Quite a few people came in and a few interesting conversations insued. Kolibri became the host at about 8:00pm until 8:45 shifting the attention to the whole environment. Christopher Overstreet followed musical/story insructions for his dance theater. Joe Gray assisted in the execution of Kolibri’s design, which matched the scultpure. It began with hurricanes coming out of his pockets and a badger on his chest. By the end he was a courageous night, constantly awoken in the night by dragons. Steve Vroom, of Vroomjournal.com said, “Kolibri was the highlight of the evening”.
Some documentation was had, but not by me, and not during the best part of the sculptural presentation.
